首届微循环、第三届急救医学专业委员会成立大会
暨重症医学专委会年会纪要
首先召开学术会议。微循环专业委员会蒋锦琪主任委员作了“冠状微血管病变诊治进展”的学术讲座，讲述了心脏X线综合症、病毒性心肌炎和扩张性心肌病三种心脏微循环病变的临床表现和治疗原则，强调了山莨菪碱在治疗心脏微循环疾病中的重要作用。急救医学专业委员会熊旭东主任委员作了“CRRT在危重病治疗中的探索”的学术报告，强调了CRRT在危重疾病救治中的重要作用。李剑、潘曙明、毛恩强副主任委员也作了重要的学术报告，分别题为“房颤抗栓治疗的新进展”、“中西医结合治疗脓毒症的疗效及对免疫功能的影响”和“重症胰腺炎腹腔感染的治疗”。
接着，召开首届微循环与第三届急救医学专业委员会成立大会。张友根秘书长宣读了微循环专业委员会、急救医学专业委员会委员名单。微循环专业委员会主任委员由上海市胸科医院急诊科主
最后，蒋锦琪和熊旭东教授作为新一届主任委员分别介绍了微循环专业委员会和急救医学专业委员会的工作设想。王文健会长为新成立的专业委员会提出了要求，希望专业委员会通过定期举行学术研讨会，加强中西医之间的交流与沟通，在交流中产生新的思想火花和研究思路，使上海中西医结合诊治微循环疾病和危急重症的水平保持在全国领先水平。
专家们精彩的报告使参会者启发很大，受益匪浅。整个会场始终洋溢着热烈、活跃、和谐的气氛。

First opened was an academic meeting. Jiang Jinqi, chairman of the first microcirculation professional committee of Shanghai Association of Chinese Integrative Medicine, made a speech called Progress of Diagnosis and Treatment of Coronary Microvascular Diseases, he described the clinical manifestations and treatment principles of cardiac syndrome X, viral myocarditis and dilated cardiomyopathy, and stressed the important effect of anisodamine in treatment of coronary microvascular diseases.
Xiong Xu-dong, chairman of the professional committee of emergency medicine of Shanghai Association of Chinese Integrative Medicine, made a report called Exploration of CRRT in the Treatment of Critically Ill diseases. He emphasized CRRT could play a pivotal role in treatment of critically ill patients. Vice chairmen, Li Jian, Pan Shu-ming and Mao En-qiang, also made speeches, called, respectively, New Progress in Anti-thrombotic Treatment in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation, Therapeutic Effect of Chinese Integrative Medicine in Treatment of Sepsis and its Influence on Immune Function, and Treatment of Celiac Infection in Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis.

Zhang Lian-gen, Secretary-general of Shanghai Association of Chinese Integrative Medicine, read out in public the member list of the first microcirculation and the third emergency medicine professional committees.
